raulvz "Varsovia, la heroica lucha" lo saldaron en el Corte Inglés por 6 euros, la Navidad pasada creo, yo no lo compré porque ya tenía los dos volumenes de Planeta. Y el del "Día-D" de Collins es el mas "delgado" de la colección, se lee casi de un tirón, y se puede encontrar también en edición de bolsillo por unos 6-7 euros. "La Extraña Derrota", de Marc Bloch, en su momento salió con las últimas entregas de la colección. A mi entender es un libro muy recomendable.

Johannes Steinhoff pues sí que es interesante la propuesta a RBA. Si la de Osprey se ha vendido bien, hasta podrían dar la oportunidad a otras series de Osprey, "New Vanguard" o "Campaign", e incluso hacer un "remix" sobre campañas y ejércitos españoles (algo parecido a lo de Almena...). Coincido en que habría que darles una segunda oportunidad a aquellas colecciones de Time-Life...

Plenamente de acuerdo en tu afirmacion. Ademas estoy seguro que saben que este tipo de colecciones esta funcionando bien y que se esta publicando mucho sobre la Segunda Guerra Mundial. En mi caso les he planteado mas colecciones sobre esta tematica.

Si estais interesados puedo poner aqui la direccion de correo de atencion al cliente de RBA y entre todos ir proponiendo mas colecciones de Osprey. No se... es una idea que podemos ir discutiendo por aqui.

El libro El general Sanjurjo, héroe y víctima de Enrique Sacanell que era la siguiente entraga, ¿todavía no ha salido a ala venta o es que como no es sobre la SGM no habéis comentado nada?

La colección de ahora es, precisamente la de Campaign ( aunque falten libros como Sebastopol 1942 o Dinamarca-Noruega 1940, que están en la red ).

Podrían editar una colección títulada " Aviación de la SGM " con los títulos de Combat Aircraft, Aces y Aviation Elite.

Otra podría ser " Ejércitos ya Armas de la SGM " con la que mencionas tú ( N.V ) y títulos de las series Elite,Men at Arms, Battle Order y Warriors.

La verdad es que tiene títulos donde elegir. Yo por ejemplo tengo un gran colección de títulos de Osprey ( entre otras ), todas ellas en inglés ( y alguna en francés ), no siempre relacionadas con la SGM.

Digamos que tengo una colección bastante amplia ( merced sobretodo a Internet ), que ahora he vuelto otra vez a reemprender en su formato físico.

En fin, para no salirnos del hilo yo también adquirí las memorias de Sanjurjo aunque sea más por tener la colección completa que por interés. Me interesa más la entrega de esta semana, que como bien apunta el estimado compañero, se centra en las operaciones navales alemanas.

Lo que espero, que en los números que no han decidido o no han concretado, publiquen una biografía de George S. Patton.

Bueno, cuando puse "Campaign" estaba pensando en "Essential Histories"

Lo malo de las series "Aircraft" es que, cuando lees por enesima vez, que el piloto X despego el dia X e hizo X derribos a las X horas, o que el caza X llevaba X ametralladores y un motor X con X caballos, acaba cansando...

Algunas series se quedan a un nivel demasiado "superficial"; baste ver el dedicado a la División Azul española, muy ligerito. De hecho, dentro del mismo, a las Escuadrillas Azules dedica exactamente un párrafo !!!!

La "New Vanguard" es, para mí, la más atractica. La nueva "Duel" parece prometedora, pero lo que he visto hasta ahora, no "se moja" demasiado. La de "Fortress" tiene títulos muy curiosos. La de "Elite" se pierde a veces en unidades demasiado "exóticas". Como siempre, todas las series "abruman" en cuanto a unidades y ejércitos anglo-americanos y alemanes.

En fin, que hay material para completar varias colecciones mas.

¿Ha podido adquirirse ya la entrega 23. "Mar de Tormenta" de Evan Thomas ó la huelga ha hecho aquí también efecto?

Por cierto, parece que ya al menos hasta la entrega nº32 no van a quitarnos ningún título más porque ya los han confirmado en el apartado de colección.
